To enable our transformation, we are now looking for UX leader to join our Digital Transformation team within Marketing & Communication. Do you have a passion for User experience and interaction?
As part of the role, you will be partnering with our M&C project and product teams, to build and deliver outstanding experience in our products. The ideal candidate will set the standards, processes and guidelines for the design of our digital capabilities within the M&C Digital transformation journey.
Your assignment will include:
Provide overall direction, process, guidelines and structure for UX design and test within the M&C digital transformation journey.
Apply a structured methodology and lead the UX test activities to support the implementation of digital capabilities.
Together with the Product team, lead and execute a discovery work to identify user needs, explore future experiences and turn concepts into products.
Defining strong evidenced-based design rationales and communicating and advocating those decisions to a variety of stakeholders and teams.
Providing design mentorship to assist in the development of Product UX Designers.
Be always updated on macro-trends, creating a strong network with internal and external stakeholders in order to confidently identify and develop effective business opportunities..
Collaborate with various stakeholders with in the organisation.

For being successful in this role you need to have:
A background in areas such as: interaction design, service design, and product design. Ideally all three.
Experience (+5 years) of working in a commercial role, ideally, in a large global organisation.
5+ years of experience working on a human centred design-thinking innovation team.
Strong portfolio that showcases your UX test and design work.
Leadership experience in changing and complex environments.
Understanding of user experience and information hierarchy.
Good understanding of IKEA or other global industries is beneficial.
Good understanding of Marketing and digital development.
Experience of working within transforming and dynamic environment is beneficial.
Excellent in English, written and spoken.
