About the company IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduce 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Contribute to great and consistent co-worker experience
Provide expert knowledge and advice to the organization within People & Culture processes
Develop, update, implement and assess guidelines and policies within the own areas of expertise in accordance to specific country regulation and global policies and guidelines
Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the People & Culture action plan
Ensure P&C-related compliance with relevant internal and external regulations.
As a functional expert, provide solutions and execution in following P&C fields: P&C systems and database, payroll, compensation & benefits, international mobility, personnel administration, labour law and Work environment
Establish relevant company standards/guidelines/working methods and help enforce and implement them
Contribute to global assignments
High Level of understanding/knowledge in Payroll and Compensation & Benefit
Good level of understanding in International Relocation.
Min 5 years experience as People & Culture (HR) Specialist
Knowledge of Italian employment legislations and labour market situations and trends
Fluent in English and Italian
Passionate about people
