Qualification requirements: • 5+ years of manager or team leader experience • 5 -10 years of accounting and/or auditing experience • knowledge of IFRS, JGAAP, Japanese Tax law, internal controls, and financial reporting • Fluent in English and Japanese (Business level of speaking, reading, and writing) • Proficient in MS Office skills

• Responsible for all financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, JGAAP, Japanese Tax law, and others, and secures effectiveness of the internal control framework within the financial operations • Responsible for change management in DX which requires good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and wide-ranging application in our business • Secure cross-organizational readiness globally and locally • Responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with relevant external stakeholders, such as financial auditor and tax auditor • Participate in global/local projects and support execution to simplify, harmonies and automate financial operations and reporting • Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with company policies

Employment status & Working environment: • Full time employment: 40 hours per week • Flexible working hours with teleworking (working in office located in Tokyo Bay store, 4-8 days per month)
