For the past 6 years you have held a senior, leadership role (with elements of leading a remote team) within the concepts creation space in an international and multicultural environment at either a commercial real estate, hospitality, restaurants or fashion retail companies. Or maybe you have a varied and rich experience in concept creation in entertainment industry? This would also add a lot of value to this role.

Additionally, you have experience in:
- concept development, both commercial and creative
- project and product management
- product and experience development
- business development
- building on trends, market opportunities and deliver fast to the market

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you work hand in hand with Concept and Customer Experience Manager and team to constantly develop Ingka Centres owned Concepts and roll out Concept’s components within the company’s portfolio. You will work close with business development and innovations as well as other cross functional teams to enrich the developed Concept and CX solutions with future proof features.

Being the leader of the Concept and CX developers’ team, you will share your own expertise on the Concept development and business development topic, filling our new projects and existing portfolio with new Concepts.

You will be involved in the Concept review process to evaluate and follow up best practices which can be conceptualized, commercialized and scaled.

Some examples of your responsibilities will be to:
• Lead and develop the team of Concept & Customer Experience developers, by coaching and mentoring developers in their goals and actions
• Develop Concept and CX solutions and Ingka Centres Concepts
• Lead the development, follow up and support with pilots implementation
• Work cross function within Commercial & Digital, IKEA, Design, Sales, and Leasing
• Keep up-to-date pool of Concept consultants
• Leverage Marketing and Customer Insights & Analytics to understand the needs of customers, communities and partners

Your success will be measured by the Ingka Centre’s developed Concepts, piloted and ready to scale within the portfolio and your leadership score. Your team is located in different countries (Sweden, Russia and China) and projects can be all over the world.

In this role you will report to Concept & Customer Experience Manager, Liliya Nenasheva. Your place of work will be Malmö, Sweden.

This role sits within the Commercial & Digital domain whose purpose is to drive change towards developing the Meeting Place Concept by optimizing commercial revenue stream ideas, entrepreneurial proficiency, and customer experience delivery. To continually strengthen and develop a strong brand concept and consumer brand across all touchpoints to attract, engage and retain customers. To be the commercial hub where ideas and initiatives are transformed to become practical, value added and long-term solutions.
