We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Information Security and Data Privacy Leader – IT Business Continuity to work in our Shared Data & Technology Team. In the role you will focus on aligning ways-of-working and capabilities to develop a comprehensive approach to manage IT business continuity needs and requirements in alignment with business needs. In this role you will also support the development of organizational capabilities to enable our core businesses to execute business movements while IT business continuity needs are known and met.

About the role
We are looking for someone to contribute in our approach to align ways-of-working related to IT business continuity across Inter IKEA but also to contribute to the development of the needed capabilities to enable business movements with IT business continuity proceses aligned with business continuity needs and requirements.
With your peers you will contribute to define and roll-out IT business continuity approach, ways-of-working and roadmaps across Inter IKEA.
You also participate in developing our portfolio of capabilities and services to be offered across IKEA value chain to demonstrate the effectiveness of IT business continuity activities and processes.
More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:
Support the implementation of technical and organisation measures to manage IT business continuity needs and requirements for Shared Data & Technology
With the help of the network expertise across Inter IKEA, support the development of a comprehensive approach to align principles, ways-of-working and identify good examples to ensure commonalities and uniformities on how to manage IT business continuity needs.
Within assigned scope, take an active role to influence and support the competence development agenda in connection with IT business continuity.
At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values and role model for fact-based business leadership
Contributes to professional and long term relationship with franchisees and other IKEA companies through IKEA way of doing business, based on co-operation, trust and transparency.
In this role you will report to our Group Information Security and Data Privacy Manager in Shared Data & Technology and work closely with Information Security and Data Privacy leaders and specialists across Inter IKEA Group to lead towards uniformity and commonality, contributing to the Inter IKEA security and privacy approach to secure IKEA in a connected value chain.

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong information security and data privacy leader with hands-on experience with IT business continuity, able to inspire and mobilize people towards clearly set objectives.
We expect you to have a very good knowledge about business processes, information technologies with a specific focus on IT business continuity concepts, methodologies, ways-of-working and frameworks. You have hands-on experience in implementing organizational capabilities to strengthen IT risk and compliance management processes and to create a risk aware culture. You are comfortable with agile project methodologies, in a product oriented organisation and modern digital operations approaches, We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic and adaptable information security leader and data privacy with strong willpower. You like to deal with ambiguity and want to contribute to build new capabilities. You are curious and able to build relationships in order to establish strong trust between the security community and its stakeholders. It is also necessary that you carry natural credibility and you have a proven track record of reaching stretch targets. You are an energetic and collaborative leader who has a very good knowledge of IT and digital organisations, strategies and working methods. This position is full time and is located in Malmö, Sweden or Delft, Netherlands. Travels, mainly to Sweden/Netherlands, will be required.
