Country Customer Fulfilment Manager

For this role you have a university degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in logistics/ commercial or supply chain management. You bring 5-7 years working experience in a management position, preferable in distribution, retail, logistics or similar and have experience of working as a management team member. You have proven successful leadership in delivering both business result and people development in a global matrix organization.
You also bring experience from leading successful projects or processes on international and country level securing the implementation of mid-term and long-term strategies.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• Good business understanding and excellent knowledge of supply chain processes, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• Good knowledge of change and stakeholder management
• Strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals and challenging business for constant improvement and higher efficiency
• Understanding of cultural differences and importance of diverse teams to meet the customers’ expectations
• Being passionate about leading business through people and having a strong belief in the individuals potential.


As a person you have excellent collaborative mindset in building relationships across the organization by using your end-to-end orientation and good communication skills. Your ability to identify need and drive change within the organization on market level acting in multi-cultural, interdependent and international matrix environments is strong and you have the ability to act within the global framework in order to achieve local/market/organization goals.
• Being part of the Country Retail Management Team as a strategic business partner. Accountable for setting the strategic direction for Customer Fulfilment on the French market.
• Accountable for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the French market and total IKEA in close cooperation with the Group Functions
• Strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals and challenging business for constant improvement and higher efficiency.
• Accountable for the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda based on the INGKA Sustainability Strategy goals with a special focus on the distribution network including the last mile.
• Cooperate with the Global Matrix and The Management team by co creating the business of tomorrow and the future set up of Customer Fulfilment with a connection with the Business plan and Digital aspects.
