As one of the key leaders of the ecommerce organization, the digital traffic acquisition leader is tasked to provide the strategic and operational leadership around IKEA’s digital channels business growth on China’s digital channels including DTC and marketplace.
• Be one of the key contributors to IKEA’s digital channels growth through traffic and customer acquisition, focusing around online performance marketing strategy and operation in digital marketplace and DTC channels • Develop digital channels growth plan to achieve the business goal • Lead all the operation and optimization of traffic planning, execution, tracking and budgeting • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, such as operation, design, content, marketing team to ensure digital channels traffic plan to meet both business needs and brand guidance • Control traffic acquisition budget and improve cost efficiency continuously • Provide data-driven insights around customer acquisition to optimize strategy and operations • Lead digital traffic acquisition team and build the best-in-class traffic team in line with IKEA culture and value • Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
